Pros

- A joy to come into work each day due to the very positive, empathetic and inclusive team. - The work itself is really interesting, with some great clients and projects to contribute to. - Yes, it can be fast-paced, but work/life balance is genuinely prioritised here. You’re not expected to constantly work overtime, and if your list is over-capacity, the production team will actually support you to alleviate stress. - Workplace flexibility, including flexible starts and WFH Wednesdays. You can also apply for more WFH days throughout the year. If you or a loved one have medical issues, they’re happy for you to WFH with no zero pressure or guilt. - Fantastic management team and HR support. - Zero toxicity. - Professional development and training opportunities. - Team events and activities. - Friday drinks and snacks. - Free snacks all week, and a bougie coffee machine for the caffeine lovers. - Dog-friendly! 🙌🏼 - Tech-forward and progressive. - Relaxed environment and lovely office space in Burleigh.

Cons

- The work can be up and down, as is normal with agency life. Some redundancies have occurred in 2025. - Some roles have less opportunities to grow than others, just depends on your specialisation.

Pros

Amazing team of talented individuals working together, supportive of each other by sharing their knowledge and experience, with plenty of laughs along the way.

Cons

The advertising and marketing industry is facing some pretty big disruptions with rapid developments in AI, but this presents just as many opportunities as it does challenges, so buckle up and enjoy the ride!
