Pros

Love the clothes and how the brand sells itself.

Cons

Low salary, more job. Too many rules and expectations, stresses employees with sales. Whatever explanation for bad days are not valid, expects great figures all the time, no excuses. If conversion rate is low, it is employees fault for not working hard enough all the time, individual sales but no money, just to check if everyone is working hard, if your sales is low there will be a chance of termination no matter how much work u put in beneficial for the store. Management will come to store to check cctv to see if people are serving & doing the right way, make employees feel that they have trust issues with everyone. Management will show their unhappiness and high tone of voice infront of customers if they are unhappy with you/the store. HR is very rude, not people person, wont aknowledge you at all until you acknowledge her when she comes by. They do not have proper approach with employees. They stresses their employees so much, so much work so little time. They speak their native language most of the time. TOO MANY people quitting in a month, bad turnover rate.

Pros

$14 an hour besides that theres no pros, matter of fact i dont even think $14 an hour was even enough for all the bs u have to put up with.

Cons

Terrible pay rolls, understaffed most of the time, damn place is messy, barely any hours, hire 5 different managers and eat up all of the employees hours. 40% discount but the clothes are terrible designed and ugly, stock room is constantly filled with boxes, ghetto, tuition reimburstment program is terrible bc you need to be full time and theres never enough hours to get anything remotely close to full time. 5 of my managers quit in a span of 2 months. If this wont stop you from applying then beware of what im saying. look for a second job while at it.
