No doubt Guesty's biggest asset is its people. It's the best people, employees are friends also outside of work. This is the biggest retention aspect of Guesty.
Cons
Guesty has probably one of the worst Senior Management and HR you will ever see. Employees' harassment is a common practice and you'll quickly learn not to reach out to HR, it will just backfire (badly) on you. It's not a big surprise when you get to know the HR agents, especially for the customer-facing teams. In general, management there lost the human touch. Not only most have no empathy towards employees, but also lack of respect for basic rights, such as sick days, extra hours, vacation requests. If you're under the Customer Experience umbrella, prepare yourself for high level anxiety, work gaslighting, feeling guilty about requesting days off and even being sick, amongst others. In sum, constant psychological harassment brought by senior management.
