One of the hottest startups in Brazil, with intelligent and talented people, and with exciting technical challenges.

At the time, the code base was a little messy, but a refactoring was going on. The development process was being remodeled, Scrum was being adopted, but things were a bit confusing and disordered in the meantime. I guess they are in a much better position now.

Great opportunities and challenges. People here are motivated and very talented. A company that's having a real positive impact in people's life. A great place to improve as a professional and as a person.

The office is a little noisy, but nothing that a good pair of headphones won't solve.
