Management is very unorganised Induction does not exist and you will sit at your desk with nothing to do when you first start until they find something easy for you to do which frees up someone else’s time. You get told you will get time for training and certifications but they do not give you any of this as promised. You just learn as you go by asking others. There are not many benefits in the contract. There is no service desk structure, if you need to escalate something then the second line will most likely tell you they can’t as they are too busy or they will act as if you should just be able to do it. Working from home is not allowed even if they mentioned it to you when you joined and signed a contract with it inside of it. They just stripped mine after probation and didn’t give me a new contract with the updated policy. Ex owners are very moody and tend to swear if you do something that annoys them.
