      - Flexible working times and fully remote, sometimes Async. - Amazing and hard-working colleagues - A culture based on trust, accountability and diligence - Open space for experimentation on each department - The CEO is super open to feedback and to try new ideas - Despite being fully remote, there is a strong team spirit and we celebrate all our achievements and encourage each other
