I wouldn’t return if my salary were tripled. Sales leadership is beyond abysmal. I have never had so much anxiety around going to work. To the point I couldn’t sleep at night. A lot of people who were incredibly successful at other places weren’t here and you will constantly be told how poor you are doing at any opportunity. This is far and away the worst culture I have ever seen in any sales organization in 15+ years of my career.
