New leadership that is focused on stability over profit- and they actually following through, not just giving false hope and promises. Great coworkers. Meaningful work. Good pay for mental health/non-profit work.
Cons
Just like any other mental health service agency in the twin cities area... turnover. Stress due to the nature of the work.
Depending where you are seeking to go, you can meet some real great folks.
You really are helping people, a lot of the clients are there for life so you are making an impact.
Cons
Turnover rate is high. I’ve had multiple people leave the team I was on as well as had changes in Supervisor. It was hard to make a connection and maintain it because of these changes.
