Great work enviroment, I had a good time.

No cons to working at GulfMark offshore

I never had and issues with the office personel and once you finally get on a boat that dont have any problems with the rest of the crew everything for the most part flows smoothly. With a two year contract they will pay for they schooling you need to ugrade your license.

The captains have to much power and are treated better then other employees. Then there are a lot employees that only try to make themselves look good and will try to get you fired at all cost in order to make this happen. Also captains will lie to the office to get you fired or switched to another boat if they find a single reason they dont like you. Too many really strange employees.
