      Management really cares about employees. Continuous improvement by employees is promoted. Respect, trust, etc.. Is a key point for all personnel. The culture is always seeking better and improved methods and relationships.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are very good. Promotions go to the most qualified employees. The pressure of meeting schedules with limited espouses make it challenging at times.

      -Work in an air conditioned hangar! -All the tools and support needed to do the job -Excellent training available -Good safety culture -Fairly easy work -Lots of opportunities to grow

      Cons

      Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.
