Micro managed to the highest degree. Poor Communication between employees and managers Exploitative tactics used on contract employees such as refusing to make them permanent employees unless they work insane and awkward shifts and hours. Absolutely no room for advancement...Good ole boy system at its finest. Poor and pathetic company culture.
