      Pros

      Gungho has been an amazing company to work for, there is a fantastic culture within the team. The Bournemouth office is nice with free parking about 5 - 10 mins walk away. The business offered great support during my time there, as well as a number of perks such as medical/dental cover, and a 4 day working week. I also found that the company actually listens to employee's and acts on feedback from surveys.

      Cons

      No doubt about it, it’s hard work. Heavy dials/outreach. But you learn incredibly fast and get good support from day one.
