Director of operations and ceo of operations are phenomenal leadership. Everyone has their hearts to win! And genuine team who cares about each other! Diversity is a thing! Love that they hire those who can kill it at the job. Doesn’t matter if male, female, door, any culture. If you come with a can do attitude and positivity. That’s what matters. When work gets tough leadership gets in the ground level with you to help make sure the work gets done. Whether that means picking in the warehouse or taking calls.

Small company so you can’t expect the same things a bigger company can offer (one day though hopefully!) Sometimes work can be hard because of the demand coming through.

Easy work, answer calls and emails, nice office's, nice benefits.

Dont raise any concerns over decisions made by the company that will negatively impact your work and increase it by 10x. They will do nothing to address the issue.
