Guru is full of super thoughtful and kind humans. At times, that breeds a sense of consensus. This slows the organization down and reinforces the expectation that everyone will have a say in everything. The table is set for Guru to do really big things. We need to execute and execute quickly, and this mindset tends to get in the way of that.
