      You get to work with a lot of very cool talent

      Cons

      Micromanagement, we were on 3 calls everyday to discuss what we were doing. The company doesn't believe in WFH structures so you are constantly being watched. They want you to communicate through an app called DingTalk which can track your location whenever you log in You are expected to work 60-80 hours a week

      Colleagues are absolutely kind and enthusiastic. They always respect your opinions even you're an intern. I had a great experience at Gushcloud
