Friendly environment and overall culture. Work/life balance recognized. Good leadership and a variety of ways to get involved and feel like you are part of the success.

Not much to say, but I met some great people that work here, most of whom have quit because upper management is that terrible!

You will be belittled, talked to like you are worthless, oh and dare I forget to mention the CEO will disrespect you in front of your wife at a Christmas Party in front of colleagues as well.
