As an ex-employee of GwayERP, I’d like to share my experience with the company. Before joining, I was extremely introverted. During the COVID lockdown, I spent most of my time playing online games, which made me even less social. I barely interacted with people. GwayERP gave me my first opportunity to start my career as a Front-End Developer and UI/UX Designer, and it truly changed my life. Over my 2.7 years at the company, I experienced significant personal and professional growth. The environment helped me come out of my shell, collaborate with others, and build confidence. GwayERP was my first workplace as a Developer, and it truly played a foundational role in shaping my career. It was here that I transitioned from a beginner to a confident developer, thanks to the steep learning curve and continuous opportunities to grow. The work environment was positive and supportive, with a great culture that encouraged both professional and personal development. One unique aspect I appreciated was how the company motivated employees to develop good financial habits, like saving money—something that had a lasting impact on me. I was also given the opportunity to take ownership of a new web application project for a manufacturing company. The trust and responsibility placed in me early in my career significantly boosted my confidence and skills.

Initially, the company provided breakfast and lunch, which was especially helpful for employees staying in PG accommodations. Unfortunately, this benefit was discontinued later on.
