Pros
Very intentional approach to maintaining morale and corporate culture even though the organization is fully remote with people scattered all over the US and Portugal. I enjoy collaborating with my small team of high performing, conscientious workers who have a lot of fun together (even though we've never all met in person).
Cons
The organization could probably use a little more intensity. It's a low stress culture, which is great, but it also means (some) people don't act with a sense of urgency when it's needed.
