You really can’t fault the people who are there. They get stuck in, they care about the brand, and they’re the reason it’s still standing and the reason others stay too

Since the new CEO joined, the work environment has noticeably changed. He has not demonstrated effective leadership and often comes across as lacking respect for the team. The team had been looking for clear strategy and growth, something he claimed he would bring, but this has not materialised. His leadership style has become a key reason people are leaving, which is particularly concerning for a team that has historically had extremely low turnover due to their strong passion for the brand
