Cons
- The majority of people who work there don't know any better because this is their first proper job. Trust me decent companies are not meant to be like this (no support, low pay, high workloads), you're better off at another company who know what they're doing and can look after/train staff properly. Don't be fooled by the "cool" culture of the company, it's not worth it - Inexperienced managers who don't know how to manage or have never managed before - No proper training procedures in place, when asked for more training/support nothing happens then management threaten you to say that they will fire you if you don't improve - High unattainable workloads, expected to work over time late into the night and you won't get your time back - Low pay. For the work expected from you, you should be getting paid A LOT more - If you're on annual leave don't expect your work to be covered and your manager will be annoyed with you because you still haven't caught up with your workload upon your return - Too "cliquey" across the company with a very young team, if you're more mature you might struggle to bond and feel like an outcast - You will only progress by who you know and not what you know. People who have started working at the company from the bottom are now "Directors" in their department within only a couple of years - Really bad place to work for your mental health, expect to be stressed with no support given
