Pros
H.B. Fuller has a good work / life balance and a pleasant work culture. There is freedom to do what you want to do in order to get the job done. Being a global company there is plenty of opportunity to work with colleagues from other regions of the world and opportunity to travel.
Cons
H.B. Fuller is a lean company, so many employees are stretched thin with multiple responsibilities. Lack of resources for many of the groups or projects. It is a very business driven culture and not technology or innovation driven. Salaries tend to be not very competitive.
