      Pros

      What I love about HEB is that they are really good with your availability if you are part time and going to school. The partners there are very friendly! Would definitely recommend if you are going to school full time or part time if you are looking for job that would work around with your schedule.

      Cons

      Train income baggers how to bag. Other than that everything is good.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good. Can transfer to multiple locations. Opportunities to work in different departments.

      Cons

      Experience is highly dependent on local store management. Favoritism runs rampant and any chance for promotion must be approved/initiated by direct supervisor. Additional training must be recommended/approved by direct supervisor. Advancement and promotions are not based on skills. Personality and friendship with upper management matters more than skills.
