Pros
Decent pay good variation in hours (early morning, midday, or evening depending on your needs) Management is incredibly friendly most of the time - going out of their way to say hello and ask how you are.
Cons
Physically rigorous job. Have injured myself numerous times on equipment, from strenuous work. They don't allow personal reusable water bottles if they aren't clear and transparent - which is an environmentally unfriendly requirement. The attendance and punctuality policy changed recently and it's ridiculously unaccepting of a person's individual life and circumstances. No excuses for a health condition while half the employees try to get their shifts covered by paying each other up to $50 per shift. Seems like a flawed system without even asking employees what they need. Also, really annoying seeing management chit chat around the store 50% of their day, making so much more money than you, while you're sweating and on a constant time constraint to get your work done. Maybe that's resentment, but if you feel like your bosses aren't working as hard as you, you're going to get resentful.
