Pros
Provide transportation most of people were great to work for. You could get time off fairly easily. Family owned business
Cons
Wages from the 1980's. No chance at promotion or raises. No communications !!! Had to travel 5k to 6k a month !!! No control of schedule to many people telling you what to do lack of communication between people. Sad that this company is ran this way. Lost a lot of business and don't see a chance for them getting anymore with their business development team that they have in place.
