Pros
You can dress down, and most of your coworkers are nice. Set hours, pretty much the same thing all the time.
Cons
The management should not be in management. They only have the job because they actually stayed at the place for longer than a week. Turnover is extremely high. Managers gossip and complain. Moral is very low. No raises and HR is a joke. PTO days aren't paid until the end of the year.
