Mostly kind people IT has a laid back atmosphere Yearly Bonuses/decent benefits (sort of) hybrid schedule - mostly in office though
Cons
Serious lack of career growth opportunities. You will not be promoted unless someone else quits and you're the #1 top performer. Spiteful upper management that will lie to you that you're "in line for promotion." This can and likely will happen for literal years. Total unwillingness to open new positions for employees to grow into. HR will put your promotion and salary increases on hold for an indeterminable amount of time for no reason. Upper management that is honestly straight up mean to lower level employees. Questionable lack of trust regarding employees if they have brought up any sort of complaint to management. Fairly certain that some upper level managers have participated in retaliation. You will be constantly compared to your peers and forced to compete, rather than be organically encouraged to do your best. Only the best of the best will get recognized.
