Review of this company - Anonymous employee H2 Employee Review

There are an abundant number of cons: -worked for an awful PM that led the contract for a number of contractors -PM was terrible at the job, consistent micro manager and had zero professional knowledge in the field it was in. -would talk behind your back to members of the client and spread false rumors. -never had the best interest of the client, instead milked the only resource they had (the employee) for all they were worth. -created a toxic environment and could never be consistent with the direction -management of the company had the back of the PM every step of the way. -never considered criticism, you critique any of the PM's methods you get written up for a Performance-Improvement-Plan. -jokingly brought up jokes about 'getting rid of people' in casual conversation with people or in company happy hours. -would be inappropriate in the workplace, flirting at unnecessary times and blowing up when the PM needed something, but never giving proper recognition to -Avoid working for at all costs.
