No life. Workload never stop since 9-7 Boss and lady boss never trust you. They only trust their relative who work for few years Lady boss is brainless. Her title COO was because she married to the CEO Zero knowledge about business Never praise you when you make sales. But blame you when sales slightly drop Text you at 2am but not efficiency during working hour

I can hardly state any pros working for this company.

Poor staff benefits, no AWS, no Bonus. Commission scheme keeps getting adjusted and staffs get lesser and lesser after each adjustment. Family business now run by second generation. Toxic work environment and culture.
