H3C,LLC which is based out of Omaha, Nebraska opened a new branch of their company in Wauchula, Florida on September 17, 2018. On December 20, 2018 around 20 employees did not receive a paycheck for their hours worked without any explanation. On December 21, 2018 employees in the Florida office were informed by personal email they were closing our branch and employment would end for each of us. We were told they were working on obtaining funds to pay us. Our previous paycheck in December was delayed and not given to the employees on time which was a red flag, but we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The main office in Omaha, Nebraska has remained functional and employees there have continued to be paid. As of 01/08/2019 all Florida employees have yet to be paid. H3C, LLC is a very unprofessional and deceptive company. They hired employees from Florida which previously worked for one of the leading chronic care management companies hoping to gain knowledge from our area of expertise, yet they knew they did not have the funding to pay everyone for their efforts. Employees in Florida were left unemployed 4 days before Christmas without any kind of warning. If you are seeking employment with H3C, LLC please do your research and read all reviews on this company, you have been forewarned!!!
