      I can not give any positive feedback here. It paid my bills, is all I can say.

      Cons

      UPPER MANAGEMENT stinks, HR does not take care of people, and you will have to force them to actually do their jobs. The place is a downward spiral right now and will continue to be that way. Only thing keeping this inept and insipid place in business is there literally is no where else in the world to go for plane maintenance.

      The people you work with day to day are great

      Cons

      Lower than average pay. Upper management does not seem to remember working day to day on the floor. Very high pressure/stress even though they tell you it is not.
