      Pros

      Great product in a niche marker and as potential to be a a great company if it would take off.

      Cons

      Owner is very aggressing, rude, and controlling. Germany based company and is not willing to adapt to serve the US market well-company does well in other markets but the US market is very different and they would not accept that.

      Could become a great place to work in future, business has good potential and is a small niche market.

      Cons

      Management is stuck in "the way its always been" and culture from the US to Europe where headquarters is held are far different in business models.
