      Pros

      Hand has a good training system to prepare new graduated to ERP softwares.

      Cons

      However, it's work hours are like crazy. Most employees won't stay longer than 3 years and would flee away to other companies with a lot of experiences.

      Pros

      Good for fresh graduates, you can learn many ERP knowledge from projects

      Cons

      Bad life-work balance, need to travel to other countries, but company would not provide any working visa, so most of time you were working illegally. Not many experienced consultant in the project, most of consultant are fresh graduates, you can become Senior consultant if you have 3+ years experiences, but I doubt their profession
