Independent, agile and able to get on with your role at HANDD. New designer office in the centre of Reading right next to the station, perfect location! What is there not to like.

Owners of the business operationally left the company, leaving management in a bit of a mess! We had barely any training during the whole duration even when requested, this was swept under the carpet and slightly under-minded. I do think many of the top sales whilst there didn’t have that much product/solution knowledge, which is why this wasn’t shared (from An education perspective). Most people I knew and got on best with left. There is a huge amount of ego and arrogance within some of the management that needs addressing, as it really was a delegating ‘pointing finger’ attitude where not many actually gave true value to those individuals or sharing information collaboratively,
