Pros
You can't doubt it is the giant in the acoustic industry. Managment is pretty good, and team building is strong. Their product lines are rich because so many brands they have. Hard working is a must. Compensation is fair. It's a good place to start work if you are interested in this industry.
Cons
Company culture is kind of rigid. As a designer one doesn't have much room for the innovation. It's not fair to say the upper management does like new stuff, actually, they do, but in their own taste(strategy.)
