Poor people management and work culture. No planning of work. Boss is boss. No space for independent opinions. But this also depends on which project you are working. I was unlucky to get all these things. Though Harman has got good products but they do not care for quality of work. In India mostly there are support kind of projects. Not a product culture for Indian employees.
