Pros
Great products, interesting work, and great people. Salary is competitive, but don't expect too many other perks. Work-life balance is heavy on the work side.
Cons
Too much micromanagement, red tape, and senior management interference. This shows lack of trust and the constant interference ripples through the organization causing undue stress and anxiety. The employees spend more time jumping through hoops than developing products.
