Cons
The lights are getting extremely dim at HAS. The face and leaders of HAS should be one of positive and strong reinforcement that assists in helping disabled clients. They seem less concerned about clients and staff and more concerned about their own life balance and time off, as staff work over 70 hours a week.
They appreciate your hours, your hard work and dedication to them, of course, but, they don't really want to actually pay you for that overtime. They will get aggressively accusatory in bullying you into not accounting for hours you have honestly earned.
