Pros
Hannon Armstrong offers a great deal of flexibility to pursue innovative financing solutions to environmental issues and encourages a free flow of ideas of how new investment opportunities can be pursued. It is a flat organization with regular interaction between senior management and lower level employees.
Cons
There is not the typical banking training program for new employees so it is more of a learn as you go model.
