Coworkers are nice. You get to work on a lot of different projects and brands, and days are always different.
Cons
All the bad reviews left here are 100% true. The good reviews are left by employees in higher positions or with ties to the company. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the bosses themselves posting the reviews, or forcing their employees to do so. There has been two waves of lay offs this year where even executives who have been there since the beginnings of the company, got nothing more than a miserable two weeks paycheck. If you are looking for a stable job, stay far away, the company is slowly but surely dying down. There is no job security. On top of that, employees are treated like they are worthless, replaceable and are constantly disrespected. Training is a complete joke. I’ve seen management purposefully not give proper training to some employees, and later on fire them for making mistakes. HR consists of 2 people who sit on a different floor and are completely overworked which gives full power to management to not care for their employees. They will creep on your computer screen, scream at you and start looking for you if you stay a minute too long in the restrooms.
