Pros

Tea served for two times, TV is on sometime during lunch hours in canteen, no tissue paper in loo and canteen, hence use you own handkerchief.

Cons

Proprietor approach, Most of the HOD's just bark like dogs and consider the staff as donkeys. 10:30 to 07:30 work hours and only two Saturdays off and you are even called on off days to work. No prospective work and always back dated and postmortem type of work.

Values Loyalty, the owner is a wonderful person with a heart of gold, understands and rewards merit too. Has grown rapidly over last 20 years.

Cons

Unfortunately has an incompetent team of senior management; also functions like a public sector company with too much lethargy, decision making is centralized and employees are treated like SERVANTS & not humans, shouting & yelling like dogs is normal...Internal communication is terrible, its like Right hand doesn't know what the left hand does...
