Small companies are not for all people - i prefer larger corporations

The environment was relaxed and supportive(minimal), with flexible time off, approachable staff, and consistent employee recognition.

It’s unfortunate because there are some talented people here and the work itself could be fulfilling. But without structural changes and better leadership, the cycle of burnout and attrition will likely continue. I wouldn’t recommend this workplace unless you’re prepared to tolerate dysfunction and carry the weight of leadership’s failures.
