You are expendable - Registered Nurse HCA HealthONE Employee Review

HealthONE is part of HCA and a for-profit health care system. After 12 years of nursing with HealthONE at different facilities, I can say that as a RN you are not valued because a cheaper new grad is willing to come in take less money, (starting at about $24hr), not question management and just do as you are told. They are chronically understaffed to the level where it is unsafe for the patients but, that saves money.
