Pros

1) If you are deployed to a client, you’ll have the opportunity to interact directly with the client and work under their day-to-day rules and processes which can help you in understanding how big and midsized companies work. 2) You’ll have access to company wide IT training programs which can help you excel in your career. 3) Work-life is balance good but I don't know if it's worth it based on the cons.

Cons

1) There are no standard raises, including performance-based raises. 2) Cost-of-living increases aren’t offered. 3) Promotions are limited, and sometimes they don’t come with a pay raise. 4) On top of that the PTO and floating holiday structure isn’t good. 5) Starting Pay is low compared to pay offered at other similar companies. 6) Because of all this, it can be hard to attract and retain strong talent which can lead to heavier workloads.
