Lovely Team in Social Care Division. Great work ethic, funny, collaborative and supportive. Management always open for support, queries, help etc. Regular one 2 one meetings Young and Fun culture Great training from colleagues and management, consistent advice My manager was the best and one of a kind. His manager was brilliant and the managing director was awesome too.
Cons
Got bought out by CRG who are ripping it to shreds, removing power from team managers and sales manager, purely black/white approach, if not on target you will know about it (traffic light system) silly rules - coffee making, KPIs need to be more flexible and adaptable to change with more modern approaches Compliance is a huge obstacle, recent changes have improved it however some areas are still dysfunctional and need more people doing it (only 2 or 3 officers when more would help) Commission Scheme. Needs improvement. Maybe plateaus for Career path need to be more considerate of performance as a whole not all numbers based, this has caused stagnation for progression within the business, 2 people in the last 3 years promoted to Senior from Consultant Level
