-Used to be a fantastic place to work till the takeover from CRG -Management cannot offer solutions to problems and do not have adequate knowledge of the industry that is required of them at that level. This leaves more junior staff members chasing their tails without clear focus and direction from above. -No real advice/training on how to do what is required of you, you are just expected to get on and hope for the best -Very cliquey. It doesn't matter what you do for the company if you are not in the right circles management has no respect for you and it breeds a volatile work environment throughout the entire company from the top down. This is why there are 'managers' in positions that are totally above their pay grade with next to no knowledge of what they should be doing. -Certain Managing Directors have asked employees to leave positive reviews of the company on this site so don't believe any of the good ones they are lying for brownie points from management. It's a real sad state of affairs. Even just a few years ago this was a great company to work for but it's regressed so far now that the only thing similar to those times are the four walls that surround it. Don't even bother with the place you will waste your time and regret it.
