Pervasive bureaucracy chokes everything. Especially sales deals. Management is from managed services, not software, so there is a huge disconnect in how to properly manage the business. Sales commissions percentages are small. The latest comp plan is more about 20 pages - excessively complex, with many restrictions to reduce or avoid paying commissions. Close a 3 yr deal and get only 70% commission payout. No commission payout at all until the rep reaches a certain minimum quota attainment. Products are old - well established products that have been around for many years. Huge pressure to sell new and cross sell licenses. Most products do not have affinity with one another. Low morale with high staff turnover.

If you are for ol team you are converted.

Cons

Old products with no clear roadmap, CCO is putter this world. no market info, people don’t have sense of urgency to grow. Churn around 15% across product lines maskared in board meetings. HR don’t exist, and there is strong rumors that one CLevel has side business with a partner is South America. This was escalated to compliance, just silence.
