      Small Job security here but jobs are randomly assigned

      Cons

      Random Job assigned even if you are experienced company will not go through same skill, they randomly assigned any team. Negligible increment in yearly letter , letter also released always 3/4 month later and continues in next year no intention to publish letter yearly.
