      Have good company and good working culture. There is a lot project in the company. after yr join the company , You will assign to you project immediately

      Cons

      Hike is a major probelm. Every year or next ear you will get hike , But max 5-6% only. And It is hybrid mode. And It is really comfort zone , where you dont want take risk zone
