Pros
Good overtime, pretty much always constantly available and usually at double time. New grade A office in Belfast City Centre. Great people.
Cons
Poor management. Nobody cares about employees. HR dept. was non-existent as for the majority of my time there it was ran by one person who would never respond to any messages, calls or emails because she was managing a whole HR dept. by herself in NI. Team Leaders are overworked and underpaid. Management only care about achieving SLA; nothing else seems to matter.
