Pros
Lot of easy access to higher management and employee related data management through various portals are very useful, and Policies which are very transparent.
Cons
We need to cry and fight for anything to get done. Even we work hard and have the capability to get the salary in the market, unless we ask we wont get here. We can go for some extent only.
